The "Demerara Dark Rum" was produced in Guyana. It was selected and bottled by the independent bottler Samaroli. It was distilled in 1975 from Molasses and then aged for 22 years. This one performs a bit better than the previous one. I also know that there is a better version of this one out there and I'll add that tasting later. The fact is that it has also been made in a 57% version which I really like 😊 Fruity and stronger on the medicinal notes with nice roasted wood notes as well as a nice warm and oily palate. Made a note that the empty glass had some nuts and coffee.
