“This rum is kind of heavy on the banana notes in my mind and the proof has not been integrated very well. You may want to add a few drops of water in order to reduce the alcohol dominance. You can also rest it for 30+ minutes to achieve the same result. A medium finish with a lot of banana. Not one i would go back to though.”
