Mon échantillon n’était pas bon, brûlant, sec, franchement désagréable. A regoûter peut-être, mais je n’en n’ai pas envie. Remarquable en pâtisserie, après avoir testé.

FFS fruité floral salé un bon blanc mais pour le prix il y a mieux ! Le palais de Chantal Comte fait des merveilles sur les rhums vieux ses sélections comptes parmi les meilleurs bdf qu’on peut goûter les rhums sont tout simplement orgasmique pour les blancs mon cousin richard avec tous les ti punchs qu’il se tape ferais peut-être mieux !

Rhum blanc très puissant et alcooleux pour un 50%vol. Le nez est marqué sur le côté floral et sur le fruité. La canne à sucre s’impose au fur et à mesure avec un petit côté végétal sympathique. Avec repos, on trouve une pointe salée avec de l’iode. La bouche est identique au nez avec un côté végétal un peu plus marqué. La fin de bouche, marquée sur la puissance de l’alcool, s’ouvre enfin sur la canne à sucre, le miel, les épices et le salin avec ce côté iodée atypique.
