“Epic Velier Caroni Tasting 2023: The rum needs time to breathe, of course, but it's worth it: this is just insanely well-integrated alcohol! I wouldn't have dreamed of getting 75%. The classic Caroni notes hide a bit at first and never really become dominant. The "alternative program" is more than worth tasting - wonderful wood, oak and the associated vanilla notes in combination with bitter notes that remind me of strong espresso. The sweetness remains present, however, and the coffee notes harmonize with the rest simply outstanding. Impressive rum!”

“Ich hatte diesen Rum im Blind Tasting. Ich habe danach erst den ABV gesehen! Am Gaumen wunderbar rund, Alkohol super eingebunden, leichte Süße, wenig dreckige Noten. Unfassbar guter Caroni!
