The "Caribbean Reserve" was produced in Guadeloupe at the Gardel distillery. It was selected and bottled by the independent bottler Douglas Laing. It was distilled in 1992 from Molasses with a Column Still and then aged for 9 years. The rum has an ABV of 46%. No added sugar. .
