The "Haiti" was produced in Haiti at the Barbancourt distillery. It was selected and bottled by the independent bottler Silver Seal. It was distilled in 2004 from Sugar cane honey with a Column Still and then aged for 11 years. The rum has an ABV of 50%. This one needs to rest before you give it a go or it will bite you. A rather light somehow sweet Barbancourt. Fruity and sweet with clear Agricole notes and smoky wood on the palate.
