19.04.2019 Meeting up with some old colleagues at this wonderful hotel. Notes Light in colour. Nose Light, light wood, banana, overripe, ester, light caramel, faint nutts, light workshop notes. Palate Oily, warm, light wood, light salt, spice, light toffee, fruits, orange, light olive, naturally sweet. Finish Medium long, light wood, naturally sweet, fruity, light citrus, light salt, faint olive.
Un rhum jamaïcain typique. Le nez fait ressortir les fruits mûrs et tropicaux (surtout la banane) avec des notes de solvant, de colle et de vanille. Ce nez fermenté se retrouve en bouche. L’attaque est douce de premier abord, puis embaume la bouche avec des notes de fumé. La finale est plus fraîche, tannique avec des notes florales et de banane. Un monymusk solide.
