"8,2:The nose lives up to its promise, with a sweet fruit salad in syrup.Peach is standing out. It's a very colorful nose, with fruits of all kinds that have one thing in common: they're perfectly ripe and bursting with sunshine. The cane is nestled in the heart of this fruit basket, or even compote, and is joined by a small cinnamon stick.Aeration and rest bring out a soothed, mature rum, conquered by candied cane, butter notes. Its vegetal side is tender and mellow, caressing a mountain of sleeping dried fruit. 8,4:The palate is soft and fluid, with a smooth, ripe, mellow, candied cane, volcanique undertones are present. Its sweet flesh is bursting with mild spices, rose fetals, which flow like syrup. Cinnamon, tonka bean and nutmeg coat roasted exotic fruits such as banana and guava, orchard fruits, some caramel, even iodine. 8,2: The finish is inhabited by superb, very ripe cane, with sweet aromas of whole cane sugar, dry and woody with pastry, vanilla...
