It's a very colorful nose, with fruits of all kinds that have one thing in common: they're perfectly ripe and bursting with sunshine. The cane is nestled in the heart of this fruit basket, or even compote, and is joined by a small cinnamon stick.Aeration and rest bring out a soothed, mature rum, conquered by candied cane, butter notes. Its vegetal side is tender and mellow, caressing a mountain of sleeping dried fruit. 8,4:The palate is soft and fluid, with a smooth, ripe, mellow, candied cane, volcanique undertones are present. Its sweet flesh is bursting with mild spices, rose fetals, which flow like syrup.
