The "Ron Superior de Panama" was produced in Panama at the Don José distillery. It was selected and bottled by the independent bottler Pellegrini. It was distilled in 2000 from Molasses with a Column Still and then aged for 13 years. The rum has an ABV of 50%. Eine schöne Flasche, die ich vor ein paar Jahren in Salzburg gekauft habe. Eine zurückhaltende Nase. Gemessen an den 50% ein Leichtgewicht. Im Mund packt er dann um einiges fester zu, bevor er richtig schön abgeht. Nun kommt auch das Sherryfinish gut zur Geltung. Ein guter Sipper mit einer interessanten Entwicklung.
