The Cuvée Chai 2 Vevert, distilled in 2016 at Martinique’s Neisson distillery, is a 4-year-aged rum curated by Velier. Made from sugar cane juice using a column still, this rum features an ABV of 56.8%. A slightly older tasting. The price tag is pretty good compared to what you get. A fruity rum with a nice mix of spices and a nice floral note. The empty glass is really nice and I can pick up some ginger and chocolate.
