15.02.2019 I received a huge lot of Samaroli samples from my friend in the UK, and this is the third batch I tried. Notes. Light in colour. Nose: fresh, fruity, light wood, grass, light, pineapple, light nutts. Palate: light, round, light wood, mineral, fruity, banana, vegetal. Finish: medium long, wood, fruits, light chocolate.
Nase: nur kurz süßlich zu Beginn mit Noten von Honig und Banane. Dann setzen sich die getoasteten, malzigen und dreckigen Noten von Whisky durch. Auch Nüsse sind mit von der Party. Gaumen: Sehr würzig, teilweise dreckig. Pfeffer, Lakritz, verbrannt. Deutliche Nähe zum Whisky. Aber auch, wässrig, dünn und mild. Abgang: Bitter und holzig. Fazit: ungewohnt dreckig für Barbados und nah am Whisky. Mit den 45% wirkt er ein wenig schwach auf der Brust bzw. dünn und sehr mild.
