Geruch: Zu Beginn Toffee, Lakritz, Rotwein und rote Johannisbeeren. Kräftig und intensiv. Wird dann kräuterig, floral und würzig nach indischen Gewürzen, vor allem Kardamom. Riecht zudem nach neuem Fass, hellem Holz und Esskastanien. Geschmack: Zu Beginn im Mund noch etwas süß. Beim Schlucken dann aber sehr kräuterig, sehr würzig und scharf. Trocken, holzig und ledrig mit Aromen von Vanille, Lakritze, Ingwer, Pfeffer und Chili. Abgang: Kurz, trocken und würzig. Der Nachgeschmack ist würzig-scharf und schwach bitter. Fazit: Für mich ein eher durchschnittlicher Rum.
