It was distilled in 1996 from Molasses and then aged for 21 years. The rum is bottled at cask strength and has an ABV of 65,1%. This is a limited release and there are only 104 bottles.

“Somewhat reminiscent of the typical sweet notes from Barbados - vanilla, some chocolate, caramel, plus roasted nuts. Very pleasing blend with a high proportion of light Caroni - who is looking for the classic dirty Caroni notes is wrong here.”
