"Dégustation chez J. B. Labat et au GRF. Un nez de chêne prononcé avec un côté herbacé et végétal, du bois de cèdre et une légère amertume. L’entrée de bouche est très douce, puis marquée par les côtés végétaux. La finale est un peu acqueuse, diluée mais ensuite elle se prolonge longtemps sur des herbes amères."

"Sehr schöner Agricole mit typischen und ausgeglichenen Noten und ordentlichem Alter. In der Nase gefällt mir der Apfel Duft speziell gut. Trotz des niedrigen ABV ist der Rum äusserst komplex, mehr wäre trotzdem besser."
