To Saint James
"This rhum has a very inviting nose. It smells of fruit, pineapple, pear and citrus fruits. The taste is fresh, floral, with notes of sugar cane. The pepper is slightly in the foreground. The finish is medium and the sugar cane, grassy notes and nutty components are predominant on the palate. This rhum can be enjoyed as an aperitif or digestif. As a ti-punch, it is more vegetal and vanilla, and the sugar cane is also present. The taste brings out the citrus notes, with a slight grassy note. Rather dry on the palate, with nutty notes."
"Bon élèvé sous bois malgré une légère astringence en fin de bouche. Belle typicité néanmoins avec un boisé délicat sur la noix de coco, pain d’épice. Une bouche identique au nez."
