The "Guyana" was produced in Guyana at the Diamond distillery. It was selected and bottled by the independent bottler Compagnie des Indes. It was distilled in 2003 from Molasses with a Column Still and then aged for 14 years. The rum has an ABV of 43%. Sour and bitter. Not very inviting. Should be used for a blend I guess.
