"Tonight I'm enjoying this super nice rhum Agricole from Martinique. A very spicy rum which is not as gentle as in the nose. Very complex and a nice change from nose to palate. Lots of tannins, a lot of fruit and a wonderful balance to it all. A perfect symphony in my mind. One side is spicy, dry and complex and the other soft, candied and carried by tropical fruits. A great rum at the price tag. Those French really know their Rhum Agricole. "
