It was distilled in 2004 from Molasses with a Column Still and then aged for 14 years. The rum has an ABV of 55,3%. 08.12.2023 Retasting and I stick to my score ☺️ ----------------- A very dark and pretty OK rum when looking at the price tag. Fruity with additional sherry notes as well as light caramel and chocolate. Wonderful flavours from the empty glass after a while.
Trotz aller Vorurteile, muss ich eingestehen, dass dieser Tropfen doch sehr lecker und rumd ist. Die Aromen kommen sehr gut zur Geltung. Der Alkohol ist meines Erachtens auch sehr gut eingebunden. Auch als Mixer macht er auf mich einen guten süffigen Eindruck. Danke SaibotZtar für die Teilung. Würde es den noch zum damaligen Preis geben, würde ich mich diesen sofort mehr als eindecken.
Interessanter Tropfen, die anfängliche Süße auf der Zunge wandelt sich umgehend in Trockenheit. Der Alkohol ist sehr gut eingebunden.
