How does this rum taste?
Guatemala Panama Belize XO Rum is a blend from Central America's finest rum-producing countries, aged for six years and bottled by 1731 Fine & Rare. Distilled from molasses using column stills, it offers aromatic notes of apricot and orange peel, accompanied by butterscotch hints. The palate reveals predominant flavors of caramel, almond, and vanilla, punctuated with spicy undertones. While appreciated for its fruity and sweet aroma, users find the taste profile lacking depth, with some noting an overpowering alcoholic presence despite its 46% ABV. Overall, this rum provides a unique, light drinking experience but shows limited complexity, making it more suitable for casual enjoyment.

It would be a standard crap rum, if - there is more mint than in some TDL!
An der Nase ziemlich süß und fruchtig, in Richtung Aprikose. Erinnert fast schon an einen Likör. Am Gaumen dann aber deutlich trockener aber relativ dünn, trotz der 46%. Die Aprikose bleibt auch im Abgang.
