Au nez, les marqueurs bielle ultra présents, ressemblant au 2008 mais avec de l’alcool (est-ce le millésime qui me biaise?). En bouche, l’écorce d’orange, avec les épices et le fond boisé, tout en rondeur (frangipane, pâtissier). La finale reste longtemps, c’est délicieux.
Une magnifique découverte, une gourmandise énorme. Un très agréable moment.
Un rhum un peu passé inaperçu mais qui aurait mérité un meilleur sort car il est vraiment très intéressant et sa puissance le fait sortie du lot
Au nez je retrouve les rhums de la Barbade avec la coco bien laiteuse et de la vanille. En s'ouvrant, ça se complexifie, je retrouve de la pomme liane et de la compote de pomme chaude. Au gout je retrouve la trame classique de bielle. On a également des notes fraîches presque mentholées, de la coco qui revient, du caramel beurre salé Une petite merveille
