It was distilled in 2007 from Sugar cane juice with a Column Still and then aged for 10 years 7mo. The rum is bottled at cask strength and has an ABV of 57%. This is a limited release and there are only 300 bottles.

“Je connaissais déjà le Courcelles 1972 de cet embouteilleur suisse. Ici un rhum plus vif mais avec du sucre brun de la crème anglaise et de l’ananas au nez. Une bouche ample, complexe avec toujours des notes pâtissières. Une finale moyenne avec une belle amertume et un boisé léger. J’aime beaucoup, un rhum qui a beaucoup à offrir !”
