The "Demerara Dark Rum" was produced in Guyana. It was selected and bottled by the independent bottler Samaroli. It was distilled in 1980 from Molasses and then aged for 20 years. "This bottle is very expensive now but it's still a pretty good demerara. Very heavy on the oak notes and I like that you can get vanilla and molasses in there as well. There is a slight rubber and mineral note hiding in the back."
