It was distilled in 2005 from Molasses with a Pot Still and then aged for 13 years. The rum has an ABV of 55,3%. I have had a short break from tasting because I felt like 2-3 days a week with tasting was a bit over the top. Back in shape again and we had a wonderful evening yesterday. This particular one is ver nice and balanced and carries the flavours of Valinch & Mallet with some of the barrel clearly represented.
