"14.12.2018 A nice relaxing evening with good food and rums galore. Notes. Dark in colour. Nose: fresh, wood, roasted, coffee, nutty, banana, spice. Palate: round, oily, wood, spicy, glue, medium dry, light smoke. Finish: medium long, wood, tobacco, earthy, dried fruit."
"sehr ungewöhnlicher aber auch leckerer Belize Single cask! an der Nase erst Sandelholz, dunkle Schokolade, Klebstoff und Karamellisierte gegrillte Ananas, sowie etwas rote Beeren und Veilchen mit viel Gewürzen. geschmacklich dann Brombeere und andere rote Beeren mit Milchschokolade, Vanille und gegrillter Ananas aber dann auch wieder diese florale Note nach kandierten Veilchen und viel dunkle röstaromen. insgesamt eine schöne süße, dezent salzig viel Fass und im Abgang wieder die charakteristische Note nach gegrillter Ananas, dazu aber mir insgesamt zu viele Fass Noten und zu adstringent."
