“Interesting rum, but with 502 esters I would have expected more aromas. I sensed notes of pineapple, olive and lychee on the finish. A strong hint of solvents prevails, which accompanied by high alcohol content smother everything else. Imperceptible hint of toastiness. I like it, but I recognize that it may not be a rum in everyone's cup of tea. It is not a rum I would drink every day.”
