"14.08.2020 Relaxing meet up at a local restaurant for food and rum. Notes Medium dark in colour. Nose rum Light wood, round, faint roasted, fruity, apricot, light medicinal. Palate Light, light wood, fruity, peach, light citrus, light vegetal, mineral. Finish Medium long, light wood, faint smoke, fruits, spice, medium dry, light floral."
"The rhum is very fine bubbly in the glass, beautiful color. The nose is complex with licorice and wood. If you give the rhum some time, then you get a nice fruity nose. The taste is round with some spiciness, the spices assert themselves. The finish is dry, with a grassy note. A very nice rhum, pleasantly mild and dry. Can also be drunk well as an aperitif or digestive."
