The S.B.S Nicaragua was produced in Nicaragua. It was selected and bottled by the independent bottler 1423 World Class Spirits. It was distilled in 2004 from Molasses with a Column Still and then aged for 12 years. The rum has an ABV of 68,6%. This is a limited release and there are only 39 bottles.

Just finished a nice evening going through some of the samples we got from 1423. Wow, this one is dry, very dry. I had to add a drop of water to release all the flavours and reduce the dry part a bit.
