"12.01.2019 I received a huge lot of Samaroli samples from my friend in the UK, and this is the first batch I tried. Notes. Light in colour. Nose: light, medicinal, light wood, citrus, herbs. Palate: thin, wood, spicy, citrus, earthy, medicinal. Finish: medium long, thin, wood, earthy, dried and."
"Pleasant round nose, the low abv lets the flavors out without burning. But could gladly have more %! Fine spice, slightly woody and a pleasant honey sweetness. Also lemony fresh and slightly resinous. The freshness has a slightly metallic effect with a hint of iodine. At the end dry nutmeg powder. On the palate strong earthy-spicy and yet you can taste the dilution. Too bad. Because after spicy and watery come anise, resinous wood, bitter salty, boughs and grass. In the finish, the woody bitter slowly passes into black tea some rust.basically good, but again: why water?"
"Destilled on Diamond Still, primaryly aged in Scotland, this rum has a light golden color. A nose of mint and chocolate- a taste of spices and burnt sugar. Perhaps a little unbalanced at first, but the nose and taste will grow on you. Admitted: I’m a sucker for Guyana Rum - and this one being a little different - I absolutely like the Samaroli 2002"
