"Ein klassischer New Yarmouth mit herrlich fruchtig frischer Esternase und dem dazugehörigen Keksteig, sowie Marzipan. Am Gaumen anfangs genauso, verliert dann jedoch schnell seine Fruchtigkeit und wechselt auf die würzige Seite. Der Alkohol ist sehr gut eingebunden. Eine weiterer sehr guter NY."

"Sehr schöner NY 2005. Überreife Mango und herzhafte Fleischnoten wechseln sich ab. Klingt schwer und unsexy, ist aber das Gegenteil. Geil."

"In the nose the full load of plastic, black olives and very fruity (ripe mango). With a little water comes chocolate.In the mouth then very herbaceous, fleshy notes appear a la TECA 2003 (help!!!!).Well done, but not mine."
