It was distilled in 2000 from Molasses with a Pot Still and then aged for 16 years. The rum has an ABV of 51% and the mark is LROK. "14.12.2018 A nice relaxing evening with good food and rums galore. Notes. Light in colour. Nose: fresh, light wood, fruity, pineapple, light chocolate. Palate: oily, fresh, round, wood, fruity, pineapple, light licorice. Finish: long, wood, pineapple, licorice, faint chocolate."
