15.02.2019 I received a huge lot of Samaroli samples from my friend in the UK, and this is the third batch I tried. Notes. Dark in colour. Nose: light, fresh, wood, roasted, citrus, nutts, vegetal. Palate: oily, round, plum, licorice, cherry, light anise, medium dry. Finish: medium long, wood, anise, licorice, cherry.
Bissi dünne aber ansich natürlich kein schlechter Rum. Leider ist für mich da irgendein Fehlton drin. Kann das nicht genauer spezifizieren, irgendwie säuerlich/vergoren. 🤷🏻♂️ Ich habe ihn noch mal verkostet und kann immer noch nicht identifizieren, was mich da persönlich stört.
Würzig in der Nase, nicht sehr intensiv ob der Verdünnung, aber sehr angenehm. Maggi und etwas Leder. Dunkle Früchte Richtung Brombeere nur nicht so süß. Hat was von Kakao und einer leichten Orangen-Note. Angenehm holzig. Auch am Gaumen wirkt die Verdünnung etwas verwässernd. Bleibt aber würzig-holzig, mit ordentlich Tanninen. Dadurch kommt er salzig-bitter rüber, hat auch was von alter Pappe. Wirkt etwas säuerlich, wie abgestandener Rotwein. Hinten raus Muskat. In der Nase doch besser als an Gaumen. Könnte mehr abv vertragen...
