The Jamaica was produced in Jamaica at the New Yarmouth distillery. It was selected and bottled by the independent bottler Compagnie des Indes. It was distilled in 2005 from Molasses with a Pot Still and then aged for 12 years. The rum has an ABV of 55%. This is a limited release and there are only 327 bottles.
