The "Single Cask" was produced in Barbados at the Foursquare distillery. It was selected and bottled by the independent bottler Valinch & Mallet. It was distilled in 2005 from Molasses with a Pot and Column Still and then aged for 13 years. The rum has an ABV of 59,4%. A nice expression, completely missing the usual foursquare coconut note, usually really distinctive, but still undeniably foursquare. Maybe a bit too thin when you drink it, but overall it's an enjoyable dram. By the way, nothing better than any ob foursquare.
