“The nose is interesting with custard, butter, vegetable (green peppers), citrus, hazelnut and some raspberry. The palate is initially pungent, but quickly becomes smooth with marked sweet (cream/butter) and vegetable (spinach, chard) notes, also roasted hazelnuts and mild pepper in the finish. Simple and pleasant.”
