To Carrere
"Solider ti punch rhum. Nicht sonderlich komplex."
"Not bad as an agricole starter!"
Excellent moment !!!"
"The nose is interesting with custard, butter, vegetable (green peppers), citrus, hazelnut and some raspberry. The palate is initially pungent, but quickly becomes smooth with marked sweet (cream/butter) and vegetable (spinach, chard) notes, also roasted hazelnuts and mild pepper in the finish. Simple and pleasant."
