“Had a wonderful tasting event yesterday with only good CDI rums. This one is the first one of the six. This one is a dry and intense rum with lots of flavours just waiting to show off. The finish is nice, long, dry and kind of warm. Add a few drops of water and you'll hit a certain homerun. Maturing ass 8 years in Barbados followed by 8 years in the UK. A really nice rum. I'm still amazed at how skilled CDI is at picking those casks from their suppliers”
