The "Demerara Rum" was produced in Guyana at the Demerara Distillers Ltd distillery. It was selected and bottled by the independent bottler Samaroli. It was distilled in 1990 from Molasses and then aged for 25 years. The rum has an ABV of 45%. Having been invited to a friends today for an early tasting of some of his demerara collection. This one was a bit disappointing because I really like Samaroli. The quality is very far from the price tag.
Full taste PM (IMHO), still blended to 46%
Awesome. Difficult. Very long taste. Absolutely love it!
