The "Versailles Still" was produced in Guyana at the Enmore distillery. It was selected and bottled by the independent bottler Bristol Classic Rum. It was distilled in 1985 from Molasses with a Single Wooden Pot Still and then aged for 13 years. The rum has an ABV of 46%. 7 community members rated this rum with an average of 8.8/10. 28.09.2002 Whiskymessen.dk in Kolding. Went with a few friends an some nice bottles to enjoy besides those at the venue. Notes. Light in colour. Nose: wood, plum, leather, licorice, medicinal. Palate: balanced, oily, plum, raisin, wood, roasted, leather. Finish: medium to long, herbal, wood, licorice raisin.
Versailles-Essenz! Phantastisch!
Versailles in its purest form, unfortunately a bit too thin.
