“Découvert lors d'une dégustation privée. Belle ouverture mais clairement ne vaut pas son prix. Déjà la réduction à 40° lui fait mal. Les marqueurs olfactifs ne sont pas assez expressifs. Léger caramel cuit dans du lait, un boisé présent sur la crème vanille, quelques épices, légèrement floral. En bouche, on est un peu plus sur le cacao au lait. Des agrumes se mélangent au cacao. C'est doux et plutôt élégant, donc peut-être à faire découvrir à des néophytes, seul bémol, le prix.”
