“This is an old tasting from the time I lived in China. The tasting was a surprise so only a few notes were made on a paper napkin 😊 Dark in colour and light in the ABV compared to the other tasting. Nice balance and typical Caroni flavours.”

“Epic Velier Caroni Tasting 2023: Klassisches LTR-Profil, das an Barbados-Rums erinnert: Schöne Süsse von Vanille, Karamell, dezente Kokosnoten, dazu etwas Würzigkeit von Kaffee und Piment. Hat wenig mit dem HTR-Stil zu tun, zeigt aber, dass Caroni auch handwerklich überzeugende Rums mit grosser Süffigkeit und ohne die typischen Drecknoten konnte.”
