"Spirits Museum Tasting 29th of March 2025. Un beau nez de Caroni complexe avec de l’atelier mécanique et des fruits et du bois en harmonie. De la douceur vanillée et un net côté pâtissier. La bouche reflète le nez avec une certaine puissance mais clairement adoucie par le côté pâtissier et doux. Peut-être même un peu trop adoucie à mon goût. La finale est longue, toujours marquée par de la douceur pâtissière. Un Caroni qui penche vers la douceur, même si tous les marqueurs Caroni sont présents."
