“La fameuse dégustation du coffret des single cask S.B.S. Le fût # 216. Le nez le plus agressif avec beaucoup d’atelier mécanique et du métal, les fruits viennent ensuite. Pareil en bouche. La finale est longue et très Caroni, la meilleure finale des quatre. Un point au-dessus du fût 193 de par une meilleure intégration de l’alcool.”

“Dieses Caroni-Fass 216 könnte fast ein Agricole sein. Neben Trockenfrüchten, Karamell, erdige Noten, trockenes Leder und Gewürzen, gibt es auch etwas Rauch, aber Gummi und Teer finden sich nur kurz zu Beginn, wobei ich mir nicht ganz sicher bin. Im Mund holzig, salzig, trocken scharf und bitter würzig. Insgesamt zwar abwechslungsreich, aber fast schon mittelmäßig. Die anderen Fässer haben mir besser gefallen.”
