Der Rum ist eigentlich Interessant vor allem in der Nase! jedoch dermassen gesüsst! Vom Fass kriegt man gar nix mit…
Ganz okay, im Geruch konnte ich nicht eindeutig sagen was noch mit geschwungen ist. Geschmacklich Interessant aber auch leicht scharf. Abgang schöne warme Süße.
Wir finden ihn nicht schlecht, er hat definitiv sein Einsatzgebiet braucht aber unserer Meinung nach die richtige Begleitung. Er erinnert uns teils mehr an Grappa als an Rum.
Als Österreicher glaubt man auch an das Vorhandensein eines richtig guten Rums. Ich habe ihn noch nicht gefunden. Obwohl dieser besser ist als Wieser. Beide haben eigentlich sehr gute Spirituosen (z.B. Gin, Wodka oder Whisky). Der Rum kann mich nicht überzeugen, kann keine spezielle Note erkennen.
