A rum where the finish in the wine barrel is clearly evident. The marriage is rather successful and the whole is quite smooth. The finish is moderately long and lifts the palate a little.

Il s’agit donc d’un rhum distillé en 2003 et vieilli durant 10 ans en Fûts de chêne. Le finish a été fait durant 1an en Fûts ayant contenu avant du château la tour blanche (1er cru classé en sauternes). Nez très pâtissier : vanille, miel, fruits confis...avec une pointe de boisé. Le nez est très prometteur. Peut être un peu trop car en bouche c’est moins rond, on est plus sur les fruits secs et le vin blanc sec. Le nez aura été plus séducteur que la bouc
