“Geruch: Riecht gleich zu Beginn nach Calvados. Der Geruch ist insgesamt schwach und wenig ausgeprägt. Zuckerrohr, Teppichboden und Bohnerwachs. Geschmack Leicht, fruchtig und mild im Mund, wird dann leicht würzig. Beim Schlucken würzig mit einem fruchtigem Hintergrund. Aromen von Pfeffer, Leder und Karamell. Zuckerrohr und Minze. Zudem Apfel und Zitrus-Aromen von Limonade, Zitronensaft und Zitronenschale. Abgang: Mittellang und sauber, dabei leicht trocken und ziemlich würzig.”

“Au nez, le finish calvados ne passe pas inaperçu. Loin de là ! C’est pâtissier et légèrement boisé. Mais on sent déjà que l’on va croquer à pleine dent dans la pomme ! En bouche, c’est très rond. C’est très doux, l’alcool est parfaitement intégré. On mange une bonne tarte aux pommes de grand mamy ! Les 5 fruits et légumes quotidiens sont engloutis en quelques gorgées. Franchement, le finish calvados est clairement omniprésent mais qu’est-ce que c’est bon. Le contenu du verre disparait à grande vitesse. C’est très équilibré avec une belle longueur vanillée.”
