It was distilled in 2002 from Sugar cane juice with a Column Still and then aged for 13 years. The rum has an ABV of 44%. sehr schöner Dillon! floral, frisch, cremig, eine leichte Säure im Abgang und dennoch fruchtig & leicht. schön ausgewogen und dennoch eine schöne Komplexität.
Not too bad a rum but I may use it for mixers instead of a sipper. The Agricole notes are there but there is a kind of imbalance overall.
