Very good, tastes close to whisky over time, a little leathery/cigarish.
Ça sent bon, le côté pralin, caramel est très agréable. En bouche c'est une saveur que je connais peu et que je n'arrives pas à définir. C'est rond et doux. C'est difficile à évaluer parce qu'il est pas désagréable et c'est des saveurs que je connais peu.
Fortin Heroica est un assemblage de rhums distillés en colonne à partir de miel de canne bio ! Touts ces cuvées ont vieilli pendant 5 à 6 ans en fûts de chêne ayant précédemment contenu du bourbon. La lente réduction du rhum à 40° s’est opérée avec l’eau des sources situées autour de la distillerie paraguayenne. Le nom “Heroica” est un hommage aux habitants de la ville de la distillerie Fortin, nommée Piribebuy. En effet ces derniers furent héroïques pendant la guerre de la triple alliance, lors d’une bataille qui eut lieu le 12 août 1869. Cette guerre opposa entre 1865 et 1870 les paraguayens à une alliance étrangère composée du Brésil, de l’Argentine et de l’Uruguay.
