It was distilled in 2005 from Molasses with a Pot Still and then aged for 12 years. The rum has an ABV of 58,6%. The rum smells like Woody, Floral and Ester, and on the palate there is Overripe, Leather and Banana.

This weekend was very busy because I've been building a new shelf system for my 250+ bottles so my Saturday and Sunday tastings haven't been added :-) This is a nice rum and some may prefer a drop or two of water to really enjoy it
