How does this rum taste?
Botran Miracielo Reserva Especial Spiced is a Guatemalan rum crafted at Industrias Licoreras de Guatemala, made from molasses and distilled in column stills. This rum has a 38% ABV and features prominent spiced, sweet, and fruity notes with hints of vanilla and molasses. Tasting reveals a balanced profile of spice, sweetness, and underlying fruitiness, with subtle woody and pecan flavors. Users note its approachable and smooth nature but feel it lacks complexity and pronounced spiciness typical of spiced rums. Its elegant packaging is acknowledged, adding a touch of sophistication, although the rum may be better suited for mixing than sipping.

Edit: regouté au rhum fest. A caress next to the other BDFs, of course... Not my style, but nice In summary, my tasting notes: On the nose: Sweet, Vanilla, Spicy On the palate: Sweet, Pecan nut Finish: Sweet, Spicy
An uninteresting rum. Sweet, colorful and spicy. Not disgusting, but too in-your-face and lacking in subtlety. The beautiful story of the leather ribbon on the bottle doesn't hide the mediocrity of the contents.
Smooth and verry tasty
Miracielo, a Guatemalan spiced rum. It's spiced in name only, as no spices are actually added, just plums, raisins and vanilla! A rum without much gustatory interest, let's face it. It's not bad, but it's not really interesting. It's flat and bland. A few vanilla notes come through, but nothing more. In my opinion, it will have more effect in mixology than in pure tasting. On the other hand, even if the contents are the most important thing, it's worth pointing out that the bottle is rather refined, with its leather collar!
