“On the nose, in the first attack, we find plum, raisins, date ... It is not at all aggressive on the nose with its 53.6%, on the contrary it is very sweet. The nose is fruity and fresh but not only, because with aeration appears a heavier profile with notes of roasting, leather, wood ... The nose is undoubtedly attractive. In the mouth, it is creamy and less fruity than the nose, it is more woody and fat on the chocolate. We find some burned caramel. But a rather disturbing bitterness is present (bitter coffee, tannins ...). The finish is long.”
