"A lovely old rum from Guyana. The nose is amazing! Dark and heavy like all good Demeraras. Licorice, fruits, wood, dark chocolate, spicy, has a sweetness to it that I really like as well. I can detect a certain creaminess as well. A long finish with slight bitterness."

"04.09.2022 Meeting up for a nice after event party at my hotel. Good rum and food spread over a full day. Nose Wood, light roasted, fruity, anise, varnish, light tar. Palate Wood, roasted, fruity, varnish, earthy, light herbs, licorice. Finish Long, wood, roasted, berries, light herbs, light medicinal."

"Beautiful sample. A taste of dried fruit (plums) and green tea which gives way to aniseed bitterness. The bitterness/bitterness is reminiscent of over infused tea when you take the bag out too late. The colour is beautifully dark, I sniff again and it's an absolute delight what enmore has created. Very good filling from WildParrot"
